Delivery and returns

Delivery of orders

The order is shipped the next day after the order is confirmed and payment is received (excluding weekends: Saturday, Sunday).
Delivery is carried out by the Nova Poshta carrier.
Delivery time depends on your location and takes 1-3 business days.

 

Terms of return, refund and order cancellation

1. Returns and refunds

You can request a refund in the following cases:

  • Damage to the goods during delivery.
  • Be sure to check the goods for damage before receiving them! If you find any defects, file a claim directly at a Nova Poshta branch to receive compensation.
  • Receiving goods that do not match the order.

Deadline for submitting a request: within 2 days from the date of receipt.
Refunds: to the same account from which the payment was made within 5 business days after the refund is approved.

2. Canceling an order

You can cancel your order before it is shipped – in this case, your subscription will be refunded in full.
If the order has already been transferred to the delivery service, you cannot cancel it.

3. Cases when a refund is not made

The product was opened or damaged not during transportation.
More than 2 days passed after receiving the goods.
