Thermostable jam with pieces of berries “Black currant” has an extremely pleasant summer aroma and natural rich-sweet taste with a slight sourness due to natural ripe berries. The structure is heterogeneous due to pieces of pulp. This jam is suitable for both open and closed products to be baked or frozen.
