Delivery and returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Delivery of orders<\/h3>\n

The order is shipped the next day after the order is confirmed and payment is received (excluding weekends: Saturday, Sunday).
\nDelivery is carried out by the Nova Poshta carrier.
\nDelivery time depends on your location and takes 1-3 business days.<\/p>\n

Terms of return, refund and order cancellation<\/h3>\n

1. Returns and refunds<\/h4>\n

You can request a refund in the following cases:<\/p>\n

  • Damage to the goods during delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Be sure to check the goods for damage before receiving them! If you find any defects, file a claim directly at a Nova Poshta branch to receive compensation. <\/li>\n
  • Receiving goods that do not match the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Deadline for submitting a request: within 2 days from the date of receipt.
    \nRefunds: to the same account from which the payment was made within 5 business days after the refund is approved.<\/p>\n

    2. Canceling an order<\/h4>\n

    You can cancel your order before it is shipped – in this case, your subscription will be refunded in full.
    \nIf the order has already been transferred to the delivery service, you cannot cancel it.<\/p>\n

    3. Cases when a refund is not made<\/h4>\n

    The product was opened or damaged not during transportation.
